Biodiversity Offsetting

We can offer the services and advice to clients that may be asked to include biodiversity offsetting within the proposals for the project. We undertake a site survey or use the most current survey information to complete an audit of the habitats available at the Site and calculate if and where biodiversity offsetting may be required.

BREEAM / CSH Eco Credits

As part of our services we have considerable experience with BREEAM and CSH developments. We undertake site survey to assess the availability of ECO credits available for a project, provide advice on how these can be achieved and undertake calculations necessary for species planting. We provide up to date advice alongside our Landscape Architects on planting plans and design for BREEAM developments including Green roof design and management.

Ecological Clerk of Works (ECOW)

Crestwood can provide experienced ecologist to act as ECOW at any site, working on a wide variety of sites and for all protected species.

Expert Witness

Crestwood can provide Expert Witness for any matters regarding ecology at Public Inquiry. Our Senior Ecologist has over 15 years of experience in the industry and can provide a pragmatic approach and is a confident witness under questioning.

Training and CPD

With our broad range of skills we can provide training and CPD sessions for other consultants and professions that may need more information regarding ecological matters. The sessions are tailored and bespoke to their audience, with the most up-to date ecological information and research being presented to a wide audience.
